Little Devil can be deployed in front of a tire to maybe help prevent a pursuit, or disable a tire and low down the progress of a pursuit.

Check Points require a compact Spike Strip that can be deployed in front of a tire without the officer having to reaching down to place it. Little Devil is a compact deflator that folds up when not in use, but opens as its deployed.

The Little Devil uses two 18 inch Sections, making it compact when folded up, and in use opens up to about a yard. When opened the officer can toss it into place, making it quickly deployable yet not exposing him to the risks of an evading car.
