Im Henry DeVilliers the inventor of the Spike Devil Tire deflation products. For over 40 years i have been designing traffic safety products for police aganicies. My work has taken me all over the world, and has shown me many issues, where i have developed products, solutions and helped write training programs for police agancies.
Spike Belt is a product, that for many years, I did not want to design nor market, the idea of a product designed for ease of use at the expense of safety, turned me away. Only when presented with the resources of armoring products, did i get the idea for a heavy duty multi-sided Spike System, that i thought could address the safety issues.

Spike Devil products are made for U.S. Police agencies and the issues they address. In the USA, we use many companies in the Texas Hill Country area, to make our parts. Our products are modern design, and thus affordable.
I have to give thanks to two of my mentors, Trooper Don Kilgrow (Utah Highway Patrol Retired) Shown above with me and his wife Linda. Also Engineer Mel Pederson, co-inventor and designer of the Stinger Spikes. Because of them, I know what i do about Spikes, and have traveled the world, promoting the Spike concept for Traffic and security use.
